How do you pack and send my order?
PackagingAll vinyl orders are rolled and securely packed in strong postal tubes or boxes depending on the size. We never fold your material.
Delivery Times and MethodsThe majority of our orders are sent on the day or day after payment has been received, (Monday to Friday) depending on what time of day the order was placed. Smaller orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour parcel post. Orders over a certain weight and length will be sent by next working day courier (not weekends). We will always try and send orders received by 2.30pm for next working day delivery if possible.
We aim to get most orders to you within one to two working days after ordering if within mainland UK.
We use Royal Mail (Monday through Friday) and DHL (Monday through Thursday, Goods sent on Friday should reach you on Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will normally be sent out on Monday. We can offer a before 10.30/12.00am and also Saturday delivery options with couriers but this is more expensive, If you have any other needs such as a same day delivery, please ring and ask, we will always try to make it work (01420 549499).
You can now also collect your orders from our showroom in Alton (Hampshire), call 01420 549499 to let us know when you would like to collect and use "collect from Alton warehouse" option when ordering so as not to incur a carriage charge.
Do I need to be in or sign for a delivery?Royal Mail will generally require you to answer to accept the parcel if it does not fit through your letter box. If you are not in they will either leave in a safe place or leave a card stating that you will need to pick up from your local sorting office - don't forget to take the card!
Couriers no longer require a signature but will take a photo to show where it was delivered. They have a full track and trace facility and as long as you put your e mail address and/or mobile number when ordering they will contact you to give you a time of delivery. (Dependent on courier) You also have a chance of changing the delivery method by contacting them by return of their e mail or text message. Orders may also be left with a neighbour.
