How do you pack and send my order?


All vinyl orders are rolled and securely packed in strong postal tubes or boxes depending on the size. We never fold your material.

Delivery Times and Methods

The majority of our orders are sent on the day or day after payment has been received (depending on what time of day the order was placed). Smaller orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail. Orders over a certain weight and length will be sent by next day courier (not weekends).

Our courier is DPD. We aim to get most orders to you the day after ordering if within mainland UK, we use Royal Mail (Monday through Friday) and DPD (Monday through Thursday, Friday despatch will reach you on Monday). We can offer a Saturday delivery option with DPD but this is more expensive, please ring to ask if you want this to happen (01420 549499).

You can now also collect your orders from our new showroom in Alton (Hampshire), call 01420 549499 to let us know when you would like to collect and use "collect from Alton warehouse" option when ordering so as not to incur a carriage charge.

Do I need to be in or sign for a delivery?

Royal Mail will generally deliver parcels first thing in the morning and normally require you to answer to accept the parcel if it does not fit through your letter box. If you are not in they will either leave in a safe place or leave a card stating that you will need to pick up from your local sorting office - don't forget to take the card!

DPD will require a signature unless authorised by you as to otherwise. They have a full track and trace facility and as long as you put your e mail address and/or mobile number when ordering they will contact you to give you a time of delivery within an hours' slot. You also have a chance of changing the delivery method by contacting them by return of their e mail or text message.

Non UK Orders

DPD will handle our overseas orders. They have a full track and trace facility and as long as you let us have your email address and mobile number, they will contact you to give you an estimated time of delivery. You also have a chance of changing the delivery method by contacting them by return of their email or text message. They can handle products up to 1.5 metres long and up to 30 kilos in weight so we hope we can get the majority of orders (within reason) within 1 carton to keep the cost of carriage as low as possible.

Overseas Delivery with Courier

  • £9.99 - Rep of Ireland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, offshore islands France, Germany, Belgium,  Luxembourg,  Netherlands  (Parcel estimate 2-3 working days tracked);
  • £12.49 - Austria, Denmark, (Parcel estimate 3-4 working days tracked);
  • £14.99 - Spain, Italy, Czech Rep, Slovakia (Parcel estimate 3-4 working days tracked);
  • £19.49 - Estonia, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Portugal, Sweden  (Parcel estimate 4-6 working days tracked);
  • £29.99 - Bulgaria, Latvia, Romania,Lithunia, (Parcel estimate 4-7 working days tracked);
  • £0.00 - Collection from Alton Warehouse.
